Our partner farms are located in Egypt's most important agricultural regions, including Fayoum, Beni Suef, and Upper Egypt, known for their fertile soil and ideal climate for aromatic plants such as chamomile, basil, and fennel.

The farms adhere to sustainable practices using organic and traditional farming methods, reducing the use of pesticides and encouraging compost recycling.
Technological Processes:
Sun Drying: Herbs are dried in the sun to preserve their potency. This traditional method preserves essential oils without the need for energy-intensive machinery.
Cold Pressing: For oils such as black seed or carrot seed, we use mechanical pressing to ensure purity and avoid thermal damage.
Steam Distillation: High-value oils (such as lavender and geranium) are extracted using low-temperature steam distillation to preserve their therapeutic properties.

G.A.C prioritizes product quality control and monitoring procedures, as well as the quality of the preparation and packaging processes, and laboratory testing:

- Products comply with ISO 22000, SEDEX, and European Union standards for herbs and essential oils.
- Each batch is tested for purity, microbial content, and chemical composition by independent, locally and internationally accredited laboratories.
- Batch-specific reports are provided to buyers, ensuring transparency from farm to shipment.
- Packaging bags and cartons are processed according to customer requirements and comply with Food Safety Authority specifications and international standards.
- Custom branding is offered to B2B clients, including logos on packaging.
